Plan your first visitCupping therapy
Cupping involves placing cups on the skin to create controlled suction. The method, intensity, placement and duration may differ according to the technique and the practitioner’s assessment.
People commonly enquire about cupping as part of relaxation, mobility, muscle-comfort or sports-recovery routines. Evidence for treating specific medical conditions is mixed or limited, so individual results must not be promised.
Hijama / wet cupping
In wet cupping, superficial skin incisions are combined with suction. Because the skin is broken and blood is present, infection control, single-use sterile items, safe sharps disposal and wound aftercare are essential.
Suitability screening is especially important if you take blood-thinning medicine, have a bleeding disorder, anaemia, poor wound healing, active skin problems or other relevant conditions.
Review safety informationDry cupping
Dry cupping does not intentionally break the skin. Cups may remain stationary or be used in another controlled manner, depending on the plan explained to you.
Temporary marks, tenderness, light-headedness or skin irritation can still occur. Screening, clean equipment, consent and aftercare remain important.

Core cupping, Hijama, wet, dry and sports-recovery guides explain services available for enquiry. Moving, fire, facial and herbal technique pages are educational until the clinic confirms current availability and the required operating protocols.
